It would save a lot of time if Heidi not only remembered previous sessions' transcriptions, but also the context and files uploaded. Then it's not necessary to copy from the EHR every time.

Hi Pierre Malherbe -- thanks for the feedback. In this case, are you wanting Heidi to remember files and context from previous sessions (i.e. at a per-session level), or remembering files and context at a patient level?
We currently support adding text context to the patient profile, but have got some exciting work planned to make the patient profile capture more information and context to feed into your sessions.
