Remove 'older' collapse in sessions tab and revert to date-sorted view

The user finds the 'older' collapse behavior in the sessions tab unnecessary and useless. They request that the sessions tab be reverted to its previous behavior where sessions were simply sorted by date without being collapsed into an 'older' section.

Hi Shuby Priyadarshini, thanks for sharing this feedback. The list is still sorted by date and the collapsible sections are flexible for you to choose your viewing preferences. However, I'd love to hear more details on what details/views are most useful to your workflow!

Liz from Heidi I am struggling with this update a lot as well. I preferred when it was sectioned off by date like it used to be. Please revert to the multiple colors in the Sessions tab, and color blocking/bubbles (the all white is very hard for my brain now) and the names in the new update quickly devolve into ellipses and this is not helpful. Also, I am noticing that the Chat section is disappearing when I move patient to patient and that is slowing down workflow (it worked really well without issue before the update!!!)

Hi Eliza Polli, thanks for the details -- we've got some updates coming to the upcoming section to make it easier to start the next session quickly. Will also have a look into the persistent chat feedback you've flagged!
