I video record therapy sessions. Convert to Mp3 and upload. Last year in September was able to join 10 session (10 hours) and upload as one session (this overcame your limitation of linking 3 sessions in context. Now I cannot upload any joint recording longer than 5 hours. File size is not the issue. Nor is recording quality or formatt. I have tested multiple times and multiple ways. The limit is 5 hours now. Can you please fix or change the limit on linked sessions. The ability to produce a summary of a clients entire treatment is a valuable one. I could do this last year for 30 hours of treatment (3 separate mp3s 10 hours each). i was also able to ask Heidi valuable questions about treatment dynamics as well. it was like having a supervisor. It was invaluable and now its function is gone.
