The new popup is frustrating and disrupts workflow. Please remove it. Very few users would need to link sessions, and it’s inefficient to inconvenience everyone for such a small group.

PLEASE remove the mandatory "create new patient" feature whenever typing a patient name in a new note. This should be optional, for ER docs, this makes extra work, creates errors (multiple notes now that don't properly register the patient name, etc) every shift, and this new change is UNIVERSALLY HATED by myself and my collleauges

Move 'Create new patient profile?' prompt to end of transcription

User finds the current prompt interrupts their workflow and causes missed transcriptions. Suggests asking this question at the end of the transcription process instead of after clicking 'Start transcribing.' No further details required.

I find the persistent popup asking if I want to create a new patient profile to be quite annoying, especially since it appears every time I start a new session. It would be beneficial if there was an option to disable this popup entirely for individual accounts, as it currently cannot be turned off through user settings.
