Remove Upgrade to Practice button or move to less intrusive place

Please remove or move the "Upgrade to Practice" or "Upgrade to Clinician" web element/button that is right at the center top of the screen. I upgraded to Clinician, which is the level of support I need and now the browser shows an "Upgrade to Practice" button instead.
Like others have already said, this is very distracting for work flow. I would not be surprised if something like this causes clinicians to leave Heidi.

Thank you for the feedback, totally understand that the upgrade call-to-action might be intrusive particularly after having upgraded to the level of support you need.
I have just discussed this point with the relevant team and we will work through how to best action the collated feedback without removing the ability to get informed about other tiers that may apply to the support a user needs.
I will keep you updated on movements in this space and circle back once we have determined the approach to make our CTA less prevalent/ intrusive to your session work.
