replace manual line breaks with paragraph mark

When copying from Heidi, the text uses manual line breaks which when pasted into MS WORD plays havoc with headings and formatting, i always have to replace them all using Ctrl-g, replace, special and find manual line and replace with paragraph mark.

Hey richard allen which Word is this? We're finding that the old Word app does some strange things to the formatting - if you're on an older version, is there any chance you could upgrade it?
