Request for situation specific default templates.

It is possible to have a default template. However, the default template for a face-to-face consultation would often be different to a telephone call. It would be good if it was possible to have one default for transcription and another option for uploading a sound file. And perhaps even a third default for when I use the telephone app, as this would usually be for a home visit.

Yes we would love this feature as we have quite a few diverse presentations it would be great if Heidi could choose the correct template based on the content of the session e.g. child v adult, medical cannabis, aethetics, general ER

Hey Christopher Jones, thanks for posting this — super helpful. Yep I understand the use case: different “defaults” depending on whether it’s face-to-face vs telephone vs an uploaded audio file (and even a separate one for the phone app/home visits). We’ll take a look at what it would take to support situation-specific default templates and follow up once we’ve dug in a bit more.
