The user operates a high-volume clinic and requires the ability to sort sessions alphabetically by name. This is essential for their end-of-day workflow to efficiently transfer session data to their EMR without having to manually type every patient's name. This functionality was available in the previous UI.

Hi both, thanks for sharing this -- we'll look into this one. For more context, are you typically using the alphabetical sort to quickly sort for patient names, or using it to sort by other identifiers? And does sorting it alphabetically in Heidi make it easier to copy into your EMR than if it's not sorted alphabetically?

Yes, please restore the ability to sort by name! It is very frustrating that this was removed in the update.
