Retaining formatting AND allow copied output to conform to destination font/font size without manual adjustment

When using the Heidi output directly into a letter or report there is no way (after liaising with your support) to both allow the text to conform to the same size and font as the software being copied into AND retain formatting. So, if I copy as "plain text" it will conform to software (Xestro in my case) size/font but I need to re-do bold/underline or I can copy as "copy with formatting" where bold/underline is retained but I have to adjust the font from Heidi default Calibri. It would be of value to copy and past "exactly what is there including formatting and allow conformation to destination font/size".

FORMATTING to EMR when copied

There must be a way for formatting to copy. I have tried all options, and instead it does not bring in bold, underline etc. I have liaised with support and it does not work; however if I pay for Practice it likely will as I would have EMR integration. Very frustrating to have to go and format again - so I have just stopped altogether. I don't care, but those that read my notes miss my old formatting :)
