I recently upgraded from Heidi clinician/evidence to Heidi practice. The reason why I did this was the perception that I would get to enjoy the integration of the appointment book with Best Practice.

Unfortunately, with the appointment book, it started creating new patient profiles and did not link with pre-existing patient sessions.

This has resulted in me having to manually unlink and relink ALL previous sessions with the new patient profiles manually.

If I did not do this, I would lose the benefits of evidence because it would not use the context of previous sessions.

I feel like I have not enjoyed the benefits of the "upgrade" at all.

Please find a way to link profiles retroactively!!!
