I WANT TO HAVE A FEATURE IN CONTEXT NOTE WHERE TEMPLATE FOR CHEAT SHEET FOR DIFFERENT PROCEDURES CAN BE SAVED. WHEN WE SELECT THAT TEMPLATE AND FILL IN THE BLANK AND CHOSE THE NOTE TO BE CREATED, IT CAN BE DONE. THIS WILL MAKE ASSISTANTS JOB EASY AND THEY WILL NOT MISS ANY FINDING

Hi tom. In my PMS there is a option to create my own template and save it. Very dimilarclike your blank template for notes. If there is a way to add cheat sheet template in the context whuch we can create. For example my cheat sheet for filling is
Procedure (tooth + surface):
Reason (as dictated):
Local anesthesia (tooth, lido/arti, cartridges):
Old restoration removed (tooth, material):
Deep caries — Yes / No
Pulp exposure — Yes / No
Shade:
Crown recommended — Yes / No
Patient declined tooth replacement after extraction (tooth):
When my assistant do fill in the nlanks and choose my template from note for filling the note is generated. But they have to copy paste this cheat sheet everytime befire writing the note. So if there is a way to save these templates in context then its easier
