Another feature request elsewhere is for the ability to add custom tags to notes and documents. This request could be combined with that.

I would regard this as an essential function for my day to day workflow. I've had episodes where letters have been sent out before I've reviewed them to confirm accuracy.

After a note has been generated, most clinicians will review the output. It would be good to have a tick box within that note/document that alerts the user that the document has been reviewed and might be ready for sign off. This would help secretaries see when a document has been completed, or if a document is still not-reviewed.
