Currently I do these BMR calculations manually AFTER the consultation

I will do BMR calculations, at review consultations for Eating Disorder patients to assess compliance with energy intake.

My own template is attached with sample patient data to indicate how the energy, protein and fluid is calculated.

The Schofield calculation uses a patient age, weight, activity level and injury level. (as highlighted)

For example.

The sample patient is sedentary for physical activity level (PAL), but the severity of disease increases energy needs. (Injury factor)

Just to make sure we understand what you need for dietitian initial consults: are you looking for a built-in Schofield BMR calculator plus PAL and an injury/stress factor, with the final outputs auto-populating your consult note/forms inside your EHR workflow?

A couple quick questions:

1) Which exact fields/results do you need captured (e.g., BMR, TDEE, PAL, injury factor, final energy target), and in what units?

2) Do you use specific PAL and injury factor ranges/labels (or a clinic-specific table) that we should match?

3) Where should the results land — a Heidi template section, an auto-fill form, or pushed into specific EHR fields via your integration?
