Please can you make a school nurse template for a boarding school setting

Hi Emma - thanks for your question! Here's how you can build it yourself in Heidi and shape it exactly how you want:
- Go to your Templates and start a new one. You can either paste in a note you already write, or just tell Heidi the sections you want and it'll build the template for you.
- For a boarding school setup you'd probably want things like the presenting concern, history, observations and vitals, any meds given, what you did, etc.
- Name it something like "School Nurse, Boarding," save it, and favorite it so it's right there when you need it.
After that, just run your session as usual and Heidi will write the note in that shape. If something's off after a few goes, tweak the template and it'll stick going forward.
