Screen Shots

I would like to be able to take screenshots in the context section.

Hi Donna Watkins,
Thank you for the feedback regarding the possibility of pasting screenshots whilst editing and I am glad you were able to find a workaround.
That being said, I agree that pasting screenshots would be an easier way to get to the desired outcome and have passed that idea onto the Scribe product team to build.
I will circle back once you are able to post screenshots accordingly.
Best,
Mounir

I was just chatting with your help team. Currently, we are not able to paste a screenshot into the Heidi AI request box when we are editing a template. I wanted to do this and see if Heidi AI could analyze the words in the screenshot. This is because I want the template to pull from a list of options for one section. The template is modeling a Rula progress note. I couldn't copy and paste from this menu on Rula. However, I finally made this work, by creating a Rula progress note on the Rula platform. I chose every menu option. Once the field for all the selected options was populated, I then could copy and paste them as text items. Yay!

Screen Capture

When importing letters, documents, or even session timing into Heidi it would be great to have an inbuilt screen clipping function. At present I can use windows SNIP to capture a portion of the screen, save this and upload. It would be awesome if Heidi had screen capture built in.

I use the snip in multiple contexts. At the start of every clinic I grab a shot of my diary. My clinics do not support other ways to download the appointments (Genie). I save referral letters as PDFs and upload them. It is time consuming. It would be faster just to have Heidi take a screen shot (of capture part of the screen)>

I can see how that extra Snip, save, then upload loop would slow things down fast if you’re doing it multiple times a day.
I'll add this feedback to the backlog for the Product Team to review! We appreciate you sharing it

In BC, there are platforms that don't allows copy and paste so this feature is incredibly helpful.
