Break notes into clear sections you can edit, copy, and dictate individually, without regenerating the whole document.

Allow "Sections" in Template Editor that can be Copied, Moved, Modified, etc

I wish the template editor would allow "sections" so that instructions can be clear for specific sections only (for example, bullets OK in HPI, but not medical history; include this whole section when discussing a certain complaint, but skip whole section if irrelevant, etc etc). This would also allow easier modification of a template - you could copy a whole section into other templates; move it around within the template, or modify it. Maybe even modify that particular section and apply those edits to all templates that have that "section."
I imagine the sections could include various details you like to include if someone has a certain chief complaint (I imagine I would have a "HPI section for dizziness", vs "HPI section for headaches", vs "HPI for memory loss", etc etc) that aren't relevant for other chief complaints.
In the future, if/when there are "macros" (e.g., "if we talk about headaches, include this section, but if not, skip"), it would be easier to apply to certain sections of the Template.

Add a button or clickable spot in templates to copy a section (such as Subjective or Objective) with a single click.
This would allow users to quickly copy specific sections of a SOAP note (like Subjective or Objective) without needing to highlight text manually. The rest of the section would still work for selective copy-paste. The template code would need to define start and stop points for each section and identify clickable text (like a hyperlink) to serve as the button.

Break down sections i.e. HPI, exam, A/P with copy sections to then copy/paste into specific sections of my EMR.

I would value this as integration with TPP seems a long way away and this will limit the possibility of mistakes in the copy and paste process.
