Set Personalisation On/Off as a setting for the template (as well as default voice for templates)

Currently have two main jobs, one as a GP where I use one default template, and goldilocks, and another GPSI job (ADHD assessments) where the appointments are 1.5-2 hours long, I use a different template, and it always seems to leave personalisation off (I have to manually check each time that it's definitely using 'detailed' and 'Personalisation On' before making my own edits, otherwise my work gets lost when I realised I'd forgotten to check. In summary - being able to set a default voice and Personalisation On/Off at the template level (I'm aware to put voice instructions in the template, which I have, but it doesn't show in the menu at the top.
Heidi Team
Thanks for taking the time to write this up — the GP vs GPSI (ADHD) workflow split makes a lot of sense, and I can see how easy it is to lose work if Personalisation/voice aren’t reliably set per template.
Really helpful request: having Personalisation On/Off and a default voice saved at the
template level
(and reflected in the top menu) would make switching between long assessments and standard consults much safer.A couple quick questions so I can share the right detail with the team:
1) For your ADHD template, do you always want Personalisation = On + “Detailed”, or do you sometimes switch those within the same template?
2) When you say it “always seems to leave personalisation off” — is that after selecting the template, after starting a new session, or after refreshing/reopening Heidi?
3) Are these templates personal to you, or shared across a team (where different users might have different defaults)?
If you can also share a screenshot of the top menu where you expect the voice/personalisation to show, that’d be great. I’ll pass this through to the product team with your context.
