I would like to see Heidi able to predict which template you want. For example, it defaults to 'new clinic letter' for me, which is usually fine, but often I see follow ups and it would be great if you could toggle an option to let Heidi choose what it thinks is the most suitable template (or perhaps let it choose between 3 or so most commonly used preference)
