Snippet integration into my note

I have created snippets, but honestly, I don't know how to utilize them and make sure they get into my note. I thought when I created them anytime I use those words that Hiedi would populate my snippet.

I have never been able to get them to populate but then again I don't really know how to use them. I would assume when I talk about EMDR targeting or phase one too it would load my snippet, but it's not
