We are a 15 orthopedic surgeon group in Michigan. We have been using Heidi with Athena and it's been a great tool. This is probably the first real life use of AI I have seen.
I have three suggestions:
  1. It would be helpful to have snippets or a macro i.e. a set of paragraph which can be inserted by dictating with voice command. I think right now there is only typing option available. That would improvise the app a lot.
  2. My second suggestion is that when we are working through the schedule, schedule falls back to default as past patients. It should default back to the schedule for the day.
  3. My third suggestion is that once I pushed to my EMR, in my case, Athena it turn green momentarily and then turns white again but I'm not sure if I have pushed or not so I push it to EMR again with duplicates the notes. So there should be an icon or the color change that after it is pushed to the EMR, it should be obvious that a particular note has been pushed to EMR and of duplicates.
