Hi there. I have some doctors who have been using Snippets to store shortcut commands for Ask Heidi, rather than auto-texts to be input into a letter or note. With the Heidi-Labs feature switched on I have noticed in the past few weeks changes in how Snippet commands being typed into the Ask Heidi field are behaving. Last week when typing a Snippet command into the Ask Heidi field I was being routed through the Clinical Review panel and had to retype my command. Today when typing a Snippet command into the Ask Heidi field I am prompted to see all shortcuts: Prep, DDx, Questions, Plan. It would be ideal if Snippet commands could continue to be typed into the Ask Heidi field without being redirected or restricted in how they work.
