Currently tasks are sorted by due date or status only. The user works through tasks in order of creation, not due date. Tasks appear jumbled randomly and it's confusing to see when they were created - users have to click on each task individually to view the creation date. Sorting by date created would help users prioritize tasks based on when they were added to the list.
