I have two specialties (I am both a radiation oncologist & a rural generalist). Both of these specialties exist in your lists but I cannot select both. I go backwards and forwards between each specialty several times a week. Heidi often has trouble distinguishing whether I am working as a RG or as a radiation oncologist

Thanks for sharing this — that’s a really helpful use case, especially if you’re switching between rural generalist and radiation oncology multiple times a day.
Totally hear you on wanting to select (or quickly switch between) two specialties so Heidi can apply the right context each time. I’ll share this with the team.
A couple quick questions so we understand the best way to support your workflow:
1) Where do you feel the mismatch most — note structure/templates, terminology, coding suggestions, or something else?
2) Would your ideal setup be “select multiple specialties at once,” or a one-click toggle per consult/session?
3) If you have an example where Heidi got it wrong (de-identified), what was said and what did you expect it to produce instead? A screenshot of the output is also helpful.
