For us OIDC would probably be better, SCIM user provisioning/group-to-role mapping as part of the Entra setup would definately be an advantage. We currently deploy conditional access, MFA enforcement, device compliance for our m365 and also would be nice to have for Heidi. These are not applied for our non-Microsoft applications at the moment, but obviously would be a good phase two.

1) Are you looking for SAML or OIDC (or either)?
2) Do you need SCIM user provisioning/group-to-role mapping as part of the Entra setup?
3) Any specific compliance or admin requirements (e.g., conditional access, MFA enforcement, device compliance) you’d want to apply through Entra?
If you have an example of your current Entra app setup (screenshots/redacted config), that’d be really helpful too.
