Subscription feedback and integration access

I did want to share some feedback regarding the subscription structure. As a solo practitioner, I would find it very helpful if there were a single-user subscription tier that allowed integration with platforms such as Cliniko and MedicalDirector, offered as a monthly subscription.
At present, I am paying $110 per month ($1,320 annually), however this does not include access to integrations. The annual cost is not significantly different from the once-off “Together” subscription fee, but at this stage of my business, paying $1,391.63 upfront is not financially feasible.
A monthly, single-practitioner integration option would be much more accessible for clinicians in a similar position to myself and would likely improve uptake among solo providers.

Hello Ndapile Kumwembe! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or functionalities would you expect from the integration with platforms like Cliniko and MedicalDirector?
- How important is the ability to switch between monthly and annual subscription plans for your practice?
- Are there any other platforms or services you would like to see integrated with Heidi Health in the future?

Tom For me, the key value of the Together integration is the ability to push notes directly into the patient’s file (Cliniko / MedicalDirector). I would also expect the system to retain patient context between appointments (e.g. patient name and prior session data), so each session builds logically on the last. This is particularly important when generating summary or GP letters after multiple visits, as the AI should be able to draw from all prior sessions without manual collation.
Finally, as a solo practitioner, a monthly integration option is critical. The once-off fee model creates a real barrier despite the long-term value.
I’ve already invested a significant amount of time customising templates for different appointment types within Heidi. Rebuilding this workflow on another platform would be a major inefficiency after the investment already made.
I hope this helps clarify why a single-user, monthly integration tier would be extremely beneficial.
