Suggest entering location of consult (eg suburb, State & Country) so that Heidi/the algorithm may be better at recognising local locations relevant to the conversation. Whether you could focus the algorithm to search / comb through local place names?

Thanks for bringing this up — totally understand how local suburb or place names can get misheard when you're focused on the consult, not the transcript.
I'll take the broader idea to the team. In the meantime, if there are local place names that keep coming out wrong, Settings → Memory → Replace can help — add the misheard version and the correct name (e.g. a suburb or clinic name), and Heidi will use that going forward in your notes. You can add them one at a time or bulk upload if you've got a list.
Worth making sure your country and state/region are set under Settings → Account → About you too — that gives Heidi some regional context, though it's not the same as suburb-level location.
Curious what sorts of location details would matter most to you — suburb, state, country, something else? And where would you want that to show up — transcript, note, or both?
