I don't work for Heidi but feel I can help as it sounds like a similar issue I had with generating treatment/case conceptualizations and reviews, but I also am not certain I'm understanding correctly so I'm here to check!
Do you mean that you put it in the patient context box (general) or the note-specific context box (tab)?
For your summary template, do you have it marked as a "note" type or "document" type? I ask because note type pulls from transcript and document type pulls from the note GENERATED from the transcript, as I understand it, so depending on whichm the template may need adjusted to direct Heidid to reference one or the other.
It may come down to where the info is placed, how the template is worded, specific language to use in the "ask heidi" bar, etc. so if you're up for giving more details and there's a chance I can help, I'd like to! I feel as though I've messed with every combination of settings on the platform to accomplish one thing or another at this point haha.
