Superbill-style document export for ICD-10 codes

The user would like the ability to generate a document similar to a 'superbill' for a specific note, including the patient's name, date of service, visit type, and the selected ICD-10 codes. Additionally, they strongly request a 'select all' button for the ICD-10-CM coding tool to avoid the tedious process of individually selecting each code.

I work in LTC/assisted living and round across multiple facilities with different EMRs. Many of these systems don’t support coding or billing, so a ‘select all’ option for ICD‑10 codes would significantly improve workflow.
It would also be amazing if there was a billing document similar to the patient handout feature but something that generates a superbill-style document from the note with patient name, date of service, visit type, and the selected ICD‑10 codes.
