Tagging workflow for solo clincians

The ability to tag sessions as draft or incomplete as is available in Practice and up. I have the same need to track my workflow despite being a solo clinician. Heidi are making a lot of assumptions about what solo clinicians might need. The fact that we're not in a group of clinicians with administrative support does not mean that we do not have the same responsibilities and tasks.

Thanks for calling this out!
Would having the same session labels that are available in Practice solve this for you, or are there other statuses you’d want to use to track your workflow as a solo clinician? I’d also be curious how you currently keep track of which sessions still need action without these labels.

Anya Sharma Hello Anya. Thanks for your reply. The problem is that I struggle to keep track hence the enquiry. I think the currently available labels are: Draft, Reviewed, Approved, and Sent which I can see would work when someone else is doing your letters and you check them. I think something simpler would help those of us working without admin support. In physio, every session doesn't generate the need for a follow up report or letter but when it does a simple tag to identify it would help. Otherwise I get to the end of a session, or week of sessions and can't tell just be looking at the retained sessions which needed letters. Something like: Letter or Report, and Priority would work. Or the letter L is green for standard and red for deadline? Or even T for outstanding task. I know there's a task list which seems to be slowly filling itself up with things I wouldn't put on it (I didn't even realise this was happening).
At the moment I have to jot myself a note in a book which I may or may not remember to do in the 2 min change-around between patients, and then have to remember to check the book! I'm post menopausal, memory is an issue. A better system where it's in front of my face would help.
