Task automation

It would be helpful if, during the interview, tasks were added to the task list for the patient. More than a few times I have said aloud something to the effect of "ok, you would like something for constipation; I will ask the nurse to get you the miralax that was already ordered." From my end, this is a task that needs to be addressed. If it could be added to the task list for the patient, the task list would be much more useful to me. Additionally, If context note reads something to the effect of "Cardiology consult in the morning," it would be helpful if the task list was updated to read something like "check that cardiology was consulted based on note from MM/DD/YY." This would help me to identify tasks that may be time sensitive faster if I missed them on first pass. In other words, it would make the task bar more useful if some of this work can be automated. As it stands, I rarely use tasks as the lack of automation only makes more work for me.

Great to hear your perspective, Ismael Rivera! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of tasks would you like to see automatically added to the task list during patient interviews?
- How do you currently prioritize tasks, and how would you like the automated system to assist with this?
- Are there any specific phrases or keywords that should trigger the creation of a task in the task list?

Tom, I think anything overtly stated during the transcribed visit as things I plan on doing should be set to task. anything that is in context that indicates a future action that does not appear to have resolution should be tagged as check if done. If I can quickly check off tasks, I do not mind a little clutter. The issues comes when there is a ton of clutter and I am not currently certain how best to parse that out. I have some suspicions, but I also suspect that if this is not at least partially automated, this feature will not get used and thus become clutter in and of itself.
