- What specific tasks do you envision team members collaborating on, and how do these tasks relate to patient care?
- How important is it for team members to have different levels of access or permissions when collaborating on tasks?
- Are there any specific integrations or tools you currently use that you would like this feature to work with?

Thanks Tom for your prompt reply:
- One example of a task is I want to collaborate with a Heidi-using colleague to create a standardised consultation templates for our diabetes dietitian team to use on Heidi. It would be great if there was a feature to notify/share the task with my colleague within Heidi. Other tasks I envision will focus on service delivery projects which don't directly affect patients. For tasks I envision affecting patient care, I would like to have the feature notify a team member on Heidi to update them on tasks arising from a Heidi session with a patient who's care we have shared responsibility for.
- Transparency is vital to ensure my collaborators are aware of information pertaining to and progress with the task so I don't imagine permissions being required when collaborating on tasks
- Ideally, this feature should be integrated with Microsoft Teams, our primary communication platform. Please feel free to ask if you have more questions.
