The ability to control what is a task and what isn't a task. The tasks that it creates are not applicable to my practice. I would like to be able to say "create task" and then have it create a task.

Thanks for sharing this — totally hear you. If the auto-extracted tasks don’t match your workflow, it can create a lot of noise.
We’ll pass this along to the team. A couple quick questions to help us understand what “control” would look like for your practice:
1) Which types of tasks is Heidi creating that you
don’t
want (e.g., referrals, follow-ups, patient education, documentation reminders)?2) Would you prefer an “only create tasks when I say ‘create task’” mode, or more of a rules/whitelist approach (choose which categories can become tasks)?
3) If you can share 1–2 example transcripts or screenshots of the task list that feels off (de-identified is totally fine), that would help a lot.
Appreciate you raising it — getting tasks to be truly actionable is important.
