Tasks are a bit out of control. 'Select all' delete feature please?

Hi Guys - I'm still having a problem with this whole task thing. It's way too sensitive but I like the idea in principle. I currently have 11 pages of tasks that are useless and I can't easily delete them in bulk (this is after deleting at least this many as i go through patient notes). Can we please have a "select all" option on the task list page to help cull them?
I can't keep up with how many I have to delete but would ideally like to keep the feature running if it improves. Currently I am spending frustrating time searching for the 5-10% of the tasks that are useful and deleting many useless ones.
Ideally an ability to stop Heidi making so many redundant tasks with some sort of custom filter would be great too please. Any time I tell the patient I'm going to do something within the session it creates a task- 80-90% of the time it's something I'm just about to do- ie it is completed before the transcript completes but I still have a task created. I'm routinely getting 3-5 tasks for patients when there's nothing for me to ACTUALLY do after they leave.
Some of the common examples-
** "I will print these exercises off for you" should NOT be a task (I have SO many of these)
** "Book in to see me again next week" should not be a task for me (I have so many of these).
** Clinical plans should not be a task - they should be in the plan section of the note: eg: "If your nighttime pain isn't settling we can speak to your doctor about medication". This should not be on my task list, it is a plan for future appointments. "I'll write a letter to your doctor in case you need to see them because your nighttime pain hasn't improved" - that SHOULD be a task because it's something I've said I will do.

Auto Generated Tasks are too sensitive

I'm getting too many tasks now. Heidi is picking up things I'm telling the patients that I'm doing within the session like - "I'm going to write on your exercise sheet to remember to keep your shoulder back". I get that as a task later. "I'll send you home with an exercise sheet today" - I get that as a task later. I'd like it to only pick up things I'll say i'll do after the patient leaves.
Heidi's also assigning me tasks that are for the patient: eg after i tell them to book in for review in 3 weeks it goes onto my list, doing exercises every morning is going on my list.
I'm sure this is tricky to get right - thanks for building the feature

Hi there, thanks for this feedback and for persevering with tasks. It's really valuable. We're actively working on improvements to make tasks less sensitive so it doesn't surface patient instructions. Also, we're currently planning bulk actions on tasks to make it a bit easier for you to delete or edit tasks.

Phil from Heidi (Firstly - for reasons unknown my name is coming up as 'Red Diamond'- weird!) The Tasks feature now seems to have gone too far the other way.... I'm not getting ANY now. Haven't had a single one generated since August 5th (1 month) despite several sessions where I'd clearly stated things I would need to do (letters, paperwork etc)

Mark All Tasks as Complete

Would be helpful to mark all tasks as complete to clear the list.

Have others found this or is it just me??

Hi Lachlan
Thanks for the feedback and apologies if it's clogging up your task list. It's something we know can happen and we're keeping an eye out.
Please do use the delete button if these turn up - it helps us understand which tasks are not useful.

Phil from Heidi Thanks- I had been ticking them as completed to get rid of them as the delete button requires 2 clicks when using the "Tasks" page. It's only immediately visible on the session side window. Could the delete button be made immediately visible on the big list on the Task page?
