Tasks: click targets too small, needs bulk section within a session

The tasks feature is a good idea but its not quite there. It imputes a lot of duplicates which need clicking out (deleting or actioned'. This needs refining but in the meantime the tiny click boxes need replacing by bigger buttons. Its tedious and annoying and adds a bit of cognitive load. Additionally it would be helpful to have the option to bulk select tasks within a session and not just from the Tasks menu to help with some of this

Thanks for taking the time to write this up — super clear feedback.
Totally hear you on the cognitive load here: if tasks are duplicating, having to repeatedly hit tiny click targets to delete/action them would get frustrating fast. I’ll share both points with the team: (1) larger, easier-to-hit action buttons in the in-session task list, and (2) bulk select/bulk actions within a session (not just from the main Tasks view).
A couple quick questions so we can pass on the most useful detail:
1) When you see duplicates, are they usually exact duplicates, or slightly different wording of the same task?
2) Which action do you do most often when cleaning up (delete vs mark actioned vs something else)?
3) If you can, could you share a screenshot of the in-session task list where the click targets feel too small (and your browser/OS)?

Heidi Team thanks. Interesting point about the duplicates: no, they're not always exactly the same, with slightly different wording, which again has a little bit of cognitive load because you need to carefully check to make sure they aren't separate actions/tasks. For me the main cleaning up action is a delete function.
