"Teams" Records Search functionality is inadequate on a browser and absent on the App

Hello, in the Team setup, we are unable to search patients’ records across all team members simultaneously. Meaning I have to search each member’s record separately. This takes a long time. Can this be fixed? Such search isn't available on the mobile app at all. This prevents us reading the records in the hospital wards, ICUs, dialysis centres etc. It seems like Heidi is not supporting specialists needs like it does for GPs.

Dear Liz, thanks for your reply. Yes, we would like to create and open each other's team sessions every day (rotation of doctors and high volume new hospital admissions). The most useful feature would be if Heidi understands that linked records from the team Drs should be treated as timeline and not simply added into new records as mixed with new information. What I do now to avoid this mix up - I paste team's records into the context with pre-text "treat this information as a history from last week etc". Please note we are the biggest private Nephrology practice in South Africa and beyond, running the biggest dialysis patients base and transplantation program. Not all our work is reflected in Heidi records due to a lack specific functionality. Hence, we have to use multiple platforms which is not ideal. But we love Heidi and would like to use it in every corner of the practice. Kind regards

Hi Vakhtang Rekhviashvili, I saw your other post about this, and wanted to reiterate that this piece of work is on our roadmap to support shared patients across a whole team. We will make sure that it works across all platforms (including mobile) as well. If you have any other feedback on what would be most useful for shared patients in your team, please feel free to share here :)
On your second note about searching patients across other clinician accounts, are you regularly creating and opening sessions from team members via phone?
We will also take in the feedback on bringing more team features to our mobile apps.
