it would be nice to be able to make phone calls through the app for patient follow up and then it will transcribe it. Empathia has this feature.

Empathia AI allows phone calls to be made directly from within the app, and also allows the user to set the phone number shown on patients' caller IDs (for example the hospital phone number). This is very useful.

Hi, Could Heidi please create functionality within the mobile app to allow for transcription of doctor/patient phone calls (telehealth), through phone and bluetooth headphones? eg: I call the patient on my iPhone, using Airpod earphones, and the app can hear our whole conversation and do a transcription, which I can then see on 1) heidi integrated widget in accuro, and 2) web app and desktop app. This is urgently needed! There are no easy workarounds for this.

same functionality as desktop app - select input and output to be the same bluetooth device. Speakerphone is not an option in many situations.
