Laura would like the ability to set specific formatting in templates including font (e.g., Calibri), font size (e.g., 11pt), and paragraph spacing (e.g., 6pt before and after). Currently, when copying templates to Word, all sections including headings and body text lose formatting and require manual reformatting, taking at least 5 minutes per document. Adding template formatting settings would solve this problem.
