Once a recording is starting it locks out the template option. I swap between templates based on the patient story. So i have to stop/pause to allow it to swap.

I also use heidi to do a concurrent pnt letter and gp letter but once it is finished it always does the 1st letter 1st and then the 2nd after but it has slowed down so it is nice to be able to drag the 2nd into the 1st place so do pnt one to print and the GP one after.
