Currently is laborious to add multiple separate phrases into the "Replace" section of Memory from individual "Sessions". Would be more productive to have the "Text replace" window floating over the session window (remains on top) . This way one can select text in the session window, quickly copy/past into the (float on top) text replace window where the replacement text can then be typed in and saved, and go and select the next word/phrase required for replacement and so on.

Alternatively, one could select a word/phrase, Rifht-click to bring up Context menu which includes "Replace with" prompt.
