Typically I generate a SOAP note following each consultation (potentially 6/7 a day). This has always worked well for me to dictate into my phone, however, this new feature makes it impossible for me to generate a note per session. I understand that linking the last 3 sessions could be helpful for writing a monthly report. If there was an option to turn that off when you dictate onto the mobile app that would be helpful. It otherwise adds in an extra step to copy and convert into a new note for each patient appointment.

Trying to unlink a patient appointment is also not a feasible work around as I still want to link it to a patient portfolio.
