Therapeutic Guideline Cross Referencing

Instead of the tasks feature (which has just been getting in the way), could we instead create an automatic cross reference of RACGP and https://app.tg.org.au/ guidelines that populates in real-time as the consult takes place, and also summarizes at the end of the consult?
This would be a huge asset / safetynet for clinicians, and also a learning resource for registrars. I can imagine a feature like this replacing most other 3rd party study materials for GP registrars in Australia.

Thanks for posting this, Simon Baarbe — super helpful idea. I hear you on tasks getting in the way, and the real-time + end-of-consult cross-referencing to RACGP + TG could be a big safety net (and a great learning tool for registrars). We’ll take a proper look at what it would take and circle back once we’ve dug in a bit more.

Than you Tom! I've been trying to program a version of this into my custom notes templates, also including Red Book cross-referencing too, as well as a summary of points-of-difference between the various guidelines. It works in the template, but when I then try to use that template to generate a new patient note, it doesn't work. I'll keep trying with what I can on my end, and I really look forward to hearing what your team comes up with. I can imagine virtually all GP registrars would move to it in place of other 3rd party study resources, as it would make paid work into study, and vice versa.
