Third party - family/paediatric assessments

With paeds assessments, the names used in letters is not always in correct format.
I'm wondering if this is because the child is not always present for all of the assessment and we are referring to them in the third person. I've tried a few ways to change it up in the context and wondering do I need to explicitly state - "interview with Heidi, mother of Peter who was not present today" in order to get the context right? I am finding I have to make more adjustments to letters to personalise them than others do who interview only the patient. I need this application for all my paediatric assessments
It will keep referring to "the mother" rather than using the mum's name - despite me putting their name in the context box. I'm wondering if it's hard for the programme to identify them?
I also work in ED and with use in Resus I am imagining with multiple voices this could be a similar issue.

Hi Heidi,
Amanthi here from the product team at Heidi. Thanks for reaching out with your feedback.
To your first point - yes, adding as much information to the context as possible about who you are speaking with will help Heidi better contextualise the transcript.
If you're finding that family members are consistently being referenced incorrectly in your notes, the best way to address this is by adding specific instructions to your template. You can do this easily through our new template editor.
I'd love to help you get this set up and have sent a follow-up email so we can continue the conversation.
Best,

Amanthi from Heidi - Thank you Amanthi. I put a lot of context in - (not sure if you can see that from your end) but it's a recurring problem and I'm not sure how to prompt my templates. Would love support with this. Cassie helps me with admin/clinic support and may be also more free to communicate.
I haven't received an email from you yet - so quite possibly it's gone to her.
