I would like the system to recognize the start and stop time of the transcripts, and to be able to use that to populate the templates. Right now, all it can tell me is the scheduled time of the appointment, which may not match the actual times.

Thanks for this, Adam Cohn — super helpful. Yep I understand the issue: scheduled appointment time isn’t always the real start/stop of the transcript, and you want those actual times available to populate templates. We’ll take a look at what we can do here and follow up once we’ve dug in a bit.
