I often need to transfer multiple patient files into Word for further editing, but currently, I can only do this one letter at a time. This process becomes laborious when dealing with as many as 25 letters. It would be greatly beneficial if your software could facilitate bulk copying of patient files instead of restricting it to just one at a time.

I'd like to be able to send all my documents / letters in one go at the end of the clinic. It would be great to be able to select multiple patients (e.g. everyone from the clinic) and then be able to email all those documents created to my PA in one hit.

Export sessions in bulk. I would like to be able to export all of my sessions for a particular week or month, rather than having to export each individual session. I would also like to be able to export all sessions for a particular patient.

Request:

I’d like to request a feature that allows multiple documents to be exported at once across different sessions. At the moment, each document has to be exported individually, which is too time-consuming.

Use Case:

In our setting, resident physicians follow a competency-based training curriculum. We need to convert all encounters into a 5-data-point summary and then export these documents together for data tracking. Having to export one by one makes this process very inefficient.

Why It Matters:

This feature would save significant time, improve workflow for large cohorts, and make Heidi more attractive for institutions. For example, a group of 100 or more physicians would strongly prefer a product that supports bulk export over competitors that don’t.

The user would like the ability to export all their data from Heidi on a regular, automated monthly basis, rather than exporting files one at a time. This would streamline their workflow and ensure regular backups without manual effort.

I'd like to be able to select all to print or save - at the one time for notes of clients we see a number of times

I would like to be able to download all of my transcripts at once. Or, the ability to select some or all of my prior sessions and download the constructed notes or the transcripts, saved by date and time.

Can you please add a feature whereby you can export multiple sessions at once (eg word doc, in a zip file)

Currently I have to export one file/note at a time to my Adobe for storage. It would save an hour if I could export many notes all at once.
