There are cases where a transcription fails and Heidi removes the generate from context button from the context tab. This prevents the user from being able to generate a note when recording has been disrupted due to technical errors.

Tom Hi, Each patient has a context like background condition, previous plan, comorbiditiy or sceario of presentation. Hence, useful to have this feature available on all platforms all times and not limit it.
