I have used another AI tool and they have an app for the phone and in that they have a telemedicine feature which allows one to set up a number of the clinic and allows us to call from the app such that patients receive clinic number on their phone rather than my own number. Plus the best feature about it is once you call the patient it starts recording the conversation automatically and once you disconnect then it scribes the discussion and sync’s it with webpage application.

This could help to call a patient through the app and record the things during the phone consultation instead of trying to speak to the patient on speaker and record things on the computer. Empathia has very good feature like that and helps doing Telehealth phone calls and the phone number is not reachable by the patient. This helps instead of hiding your number when you're working from home

I would like to use the Heidi app on my iPhone to ambiently listen to phone calls with patients and generate clinical notes summarizing these calls. This feature would greatly enhance my workflow by allowing seamless documentation of phone consultations.
