Transcribing meeting notes

We are seeking an effective in person meeting transcriber for investigation meetings, formal process meetings etc. This needs to be able to capture the minutes of the meeting, rather than a summary, allocating comments to each participant.

Thank you for posting, Claire Booth! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or functionalities are most important for the meeting transcriber to have?
- Are there any specific security or privacy requirements for transcribing sensitive meetings?
- How do you envision the integration of this transcriber with your current workflow or tools?

Tom thanks for your reply and questions. My responses:
- Ability to recognise each person and attribute them in the notes. Capture conversation, not necessarily verbatim, but capture the content of the discussion in a manner that covers the full content of the meeting and does not summarise. We would then review and edit the notes for use in various forums.
- Accessible only by the person who starts the transcribing and fully deleted once downloaded with no copies held.
- The transcription would be copied/exported and held in a Microsoft Word file.
There are applications that can do this in a virtual environment, but we have yet to find a credible solution for in person meetings.
Thanks again
Claire
