Can Heidi please include that the Dr has asked permission to access the patients MHR and that the patient has agreed? This is very important medicolegally but never seems to pop up in the transcript/summary

Hi Rachel! Thanks so much for the feedback. We currently have a patient consent modal that you can switch on in the settings page. This doesn't specifically say anything about MHR though, do you have the medicolegal guidance or any wording that would be required?

Thanks for your response. I don't have any official medicolegal advice, just that we need to gain patient consent anytime we access their MHR even if we are their regular GP and have already accessed it on previous visits. If Heidi could record "Patient agreed to the access of their MHR" then that would be useful. We are often accessing now for pathology and imaging done elsewhere or the local public hospital
