Two Default Notes contingent on presence of prior sessions

I would like to set 2 default note types dependent on whether previous sessions exist and are linked under the chosen patient profile. currently, if there are, these are automatically linked under the context tab. it would be nice to have a default note type of followup. for patient profiles with no previous encounter, the default would be new. currently i have to change half and it always takes a little time for it to regenerate rather than just skimming through briefly right away and copy and pasting.

Makes sense — having new vs follow-up pick itself based on whether the patient already has prior sessions would save you switching templates and waiting on a regeneration.
We don’t have that yet, but I’m sharing it with the team.
