When I prepare my patient list under “Upcoming” sessions (for tomorrow or future dates), hovering over the patient name does not display the list of previous visits. In contrast, when I hover over patient names under “Past” sessions, a dropdown appears showing all prior sessions.
For upcoming sessions:
-The small square icon does not appear on the right side of the patient name/session.
-No dropdown list of previous visits is shown.
-There is no quick way to review prior assessments or procedures.
As a result, I must manually search for prior visits, which is very slow. The search option for patent name, lags or crashes the program. This significantly delays chart review before patient encounters.
For established and linked patients:
I can see the three most recent visits attached to a new session in the context.
However, hovering over these only checks/unchecks a box and does not open the previous visit.
There is no dropdown menu available in "upcoming" sessions to access full visit history for past visits.
Quick access to prior assessments and procedures notes for upcoming patients is essential for an efficient care, especially with a high patient volume. The current limitation in the “Upcoming” session view is time-consuming and disrupts workflow.
